1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one account on earnph vip. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts using different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date. earnph vip is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or PRC ID. The name on your ID must match the name used to register your account exactly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. earnph vip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep login information secure.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on earnph vip are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit channels are limited to Philippine domestic options including bank transfer, online banking via InstaPay, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods on earnph vip.

Deposits must be made from an account held in your own verified name. earnph vip reserves the right to reject or return deposits that originate from third-party accounts or unverified sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Funds deposited are credited to your earnph vip account balance in PHP. earnph vip is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds may be used for gameplay or withdrawn in accordance with Section 5.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to verified Philippine bank accounts, GCash, or Maya — whichever is registered in your earnph vip account. The destination account must be in your verified full name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Additional identity or source-of-funds documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts as part of standard compliance review. Providing false or misleading documentation is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

earnph vip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security or compliance review. Players will be notified if a review is initiated. Funds will not be withheld indefinitely without cause.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on earnph vip — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and eBingo — must be played in accordance with the specific rules for each game type as displayed within the game interface. General rules applying to all gameplay include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless a specific game rule expressly permits it.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on earnph vip:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person

earnph vip actively monitors for prohibited conduct and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

earnph vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• These Terms and Conditions have been violated
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction
• We are required to do so by applicable law or the instruction of a relevant authority

Where an account is closed for a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons and the account holder is not in breach, the remaining balance will be returned to a verified withdrawal account after any outstanding review is completed.

10 Privacy and Data
